Everyone knows that honey is good. But cinnamon also has many useful properties. It improves the complexion, lowers cholesterol, increases blood flow, is good for the heart, stomach, intestines and other organs. But what is even more interesting is that it burns fat in the body.

Cinnamon can be used in many ways and can be incorporated into a healthy diet. For example, you can add a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon to every meal, you can replace sugar with cinnamon, in whole or in part. The recipe:

  • Boil 200 ml water
  • Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
